| We encourage everyone wanting to add a new puppy to their home to bring the family, come visit our kennel and personally choose your new family member, this will insure that both your existing family and the new addition will be happy together. We are located an easy one day drive from several major cities and will be happy to provide directions to our kennel. Come out and see us and meet the family (both ours and our K-9 friends). You'll be glad you did! But, don't worry if you can't make it in person we will be happy to help you select a new friend over the phone or by email. We will be glad to send photos and information, discuss your family and the pet you are looking for, and help you make a selection that will bring joy and happiness for years to come. We can assist you with ground or air transportation of your new family member to make their trip as un-stressful as possible. |

We raise for sale Bulldogs, We believe that all of our puppies deserve a good home where they will be loved and become part of a loving family. In order to achieve this goal and to help insure that your puppy has a smooth transition to it's new home we personally imprint every puppy from the time of birth by holding and talking to them, and just getting them used to being around their human family at a very young age. | The venue of this contract will be the State of Missouri and in the County of Douglas. |
| Black Bear Kennel guarantees our puppies to be free of any Communicable Disease which they have been vaccinated against, for a period of 7 days from the date of sale as stated on the pet record which will be provided to you with your puppy. If your puppy displays any indication of illness or poor health within the first 7 days, you must contact us within 24 hours and the puppy must be taken to a licensed Veterinarian immediately for necessary treatment. Failure to follow these requirements will render this guarantee null and void. |
| Black Bear Kennel also guarantees it's puppies to be free from Genetic Defects until the puppy reaches 1 year of age. In the event that your Veterinarian finds a defect at the pup's first check up the buyer has the option of returning the puppy for replacement or receiving a full or partial refund, depending on the defect. The buyer will have the final decision as to the disposition of any dog found to have a Genetic Defect. However, in the event the buyer chooses to keep the puppy with a defect, the buyer releases Black Bear Kennel from all responsibilities as to incurred Veterinary care and expenses for the said puppy. In the event of the death of a puppy during the covered period, an autopsy will be required at the buyers expense to determine the cause of death. All expenses for Veterinarian care and services incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer. |
| In the event that a puppy is found to be Genetically defective or in the event of death, if the buyer requests a replacement puppy, Black Bear Kennel will provide a replacement puppy of equal value. |
| Booster shots must be given every 2 to 3 weeks until the puppy is 16 weeks old, failure to do so will make this guarantee null and void. Also this guarantee will become null and void if the puppy is given any vaccinations within 10 days of purchase. |
| You will be provided with a complete Vaccination and Deworming record for your puppy. Please take the records to your Veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase or sooner. |
| All puppies are sold with a Full Registration unless stated otherwise. |
| This health guarantee is non-transferable and constitutes the entire agreement between the buyer and seller, no other warranty is expressed or implied. |
